 Answer - The EESiFlo 6000 is capable of measuring the flow of most liquids through any type of rigid piping or tubing, including all stainless, carbon, Hastelloy, titanium, glass, fiberglass, PVC, PTFE and numerous others.

Question - What size pipes will the EESiFlo 6000 measure ?

Answer - The EESiFlo 6000 will measure liquid flow through pipes ranging in size from ¼  inch to 256 inches in diameter through 4 different transducer sizes. A single pair of “S” transducers will measure pipes from ¼ inch to 1½ inches in diameter, “Q” transducers will measure pipes from 1” to 16” in diameter; “M” transducers will measure pipes from 4” to 100 inches in diameter and a pair of “K” transducers will measure pipes from 4 inch to 256 inches in diameter.

 Answer – regardless of the Pipe or Transducer size, the EESiFlo 6000 will measure flows from 0.4 in/sec to 65 ft/sec in all fluids.

 Answer – The EESiFlo 6000 is capable of storing 100,000 data sets in time stamped data. Various forms of raw and manipulated data can be stored and recovered with the EESiData software application that will accompany every EESiFlo 6000.

Answer -  The EESiFlo 6000 is a powerful two channel clamp-on Ultrasonic flowmeter capable of measuring almost any fluid in almost any pipe. HOWEVER …. It is intended for applications where the environment will not expose it to rain or splashing water. If measurements are anticipated for period longer than 10 hours, a 110 VAC extension cord must be provided to keep the unit charged.

Answer – Before undertaking any measurements with the EESiFlo 6000 you must know the Outside Diameter and Wall Thickness of the pipe you’re measuring plus the approximate temperature of the fluid inside. Once you input these values, the EESiFlo 6000 will recommend a transducer mounting separation distance.
